Ordering multiple copies of the same book? You benefit from volume discounts:
• 1st copy: €34.95
• 2nd copy: €29.95

What are the production and delivery times?

For orders placed before 11:00 AM, a total delivery time of maximum 4 working days applies.
For orders placed after 11:00 AM, a total delivery time of maximum 5 working days applies.

The book is locally produced and printed in the Netherlands.

Can I order more than 5 copies?

What is the return policy?

Our books are fully personalized and made especially for you. Because of this, they cannot be returned.

If something unexpectedly goes wrong, such as a production issue or shipping damage to the booklet, please let us know. We will of course provide an appropriate solution.

Why can't I regenerate images unlimited times?

Accepted Answer

Creating illustrations requires significant computing power. To keep the platform fair, affordable, and stable for everyone, we apply a limit to the number of regenerations. This helps us maintain quality without unnecessary waste.

Question 7

Can I also create a book for a child aged 5-10?

Our books are currently designed for children aged 0-4. This age range requires a specific style, such as rhyming and simple stories. Older children need a different type of book. We do not offer that yet, but it is on our wishlist for the future.

Question 8

Are the AI illustrations always perfect?

Accepted Answer

The illustrations in the book are generated using artificial intelligence (AI). AI image generation is powerful, but not infallible — occasionally small imperfections may appear, such as a hand with too many fingers or a detail that isn't quite right.

We always show multiple variants so you can pick the best one. If an illustration still isn't to your liking, you can easily regenerate it.

If you notice a serious error after receiving the printed book, please contact us — we will always look into finding an appropriate solution.

Question 9

What happens to the photos and information I upload?

Photos of your child are not stored. They are only used temporarily to generate a description needed to create the book. Once the book is ready, the images are immediately deleted and are not reused for other purposes.

Personal data is processed as minimally as possible and always in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

The platform was developed by an expert with a background in cybersecurity, with privacy and security built into the design from the start.
